- Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across e-comm marketplaces (Shopee and Lazada), SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS).Assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada), Google Ads, Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter), and affiliate channels.
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns to drive awareness and customer acquisition.
- Work with internal and client teams to track campaign progress, performance, and key KPIs.
- Help with daily campaign monitoring and basic optimizations to improve performance.
- Contribute to testing different creatives, audiences, and platforms to find what works best.
- Support in preparing campaign performance reports and basic analysis using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Assist with tracking setup and troubleshooting using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or UTM links (training will be provided).
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or in progress).
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Basic understanding of online advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or e-commerce marketplace ads is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and how brands use them for marketing.
- Interest in learning about campaign tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn from data and feedback.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, especially in startup or e-commerce settings.
- Digital marketing certifications (Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, Shopee/Lazada training) are a plus, but not required.
