Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.ผู้ช่วยผู้ดูแลอาคาร1. เดินตรวจสอบสภาพความพร้อมของอาคารสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆประจำวัน พร้อมสรุปรายงานและออก ใบแจ้งซ่อม ใบงาน ให้กับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขต่อไป2. ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามแผนงานประจำวัน สัปดาห์ เดือน ของพนักงานทำความสะอาด คนสวน กำจัดแมลงและ/หรือ บริการอื่น ตามสัญญาจ้างของโครงการ3. ควบคุมดูแลการจัดการขยะ การคัดแยกขยะทุกประเภท ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของโครงการ4. ติดต่อประสานงานรับเรื่องแจ้งทรัพย์สินสูญหายหรือพบเจอทรัพย์สิน Lost & Found5. ตรวจสอบการทำงานของพนักงานประจำห้อง Mail Room6. ช่วยดูแลและจัดสถานที่ในการประชุมหรือสัมมนาต่าง ๆ ในอาคาร7. ดูแลความปลอดภัยของผู้เช่าที่คงค้างอยู่ในอาคาร และตรวจสอบรถค้างคืนในอาคาร8. ตรวจสอบผู้รับเหมาที่คงค้างอยู่ในอาคาร และควบคุมให้ผู้รับเหมาปฎิบัติตามระเบียบที่กำหนดไว้9. ติดตั้งป้ายเพื่อแจ้งข่าวสารประชาสัมพันธ์ตามจุดต่างๆ ป้ายกฏระเบียบการจอดรถภายในอาคาร10. รับโทรศัพท์รับเรื่องต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงนอกเวลาทำการ11. รายงานเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชารับทราบ12. ทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้จัดการอาคาร13. จัดทำรายงานประจำวันLocation:On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
