To learn more, visit .Whats does Supply Chain Manager do?Supply Chain Manager needs to ensure the accurate and efficient management, processing and reporting of supply chain and purchasing functions for the Chachoengsao plant.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Management:
  • Lead S&OP monthly meeting.
  • Daily monitoring of the production schedule to ensure forecast & order requirements are covered.
  • Ensure forecast & order requirements are covered and update to date during monitoring the production schedule and commitment.
  • Liaise with sales. Customer service & 3rd party service providers to ensure efficient flow through the supply chain.
  • Manage MRP to ensure all systems are up to date.
  • Management of supplier forecasting & associated communications.
  • Work with finance department to confirm WIP and open jobs on a monthly basis.
  • Discuss & review the daily production report & feedback at the daily production meeting.
  • Confirm order receive as lead time target.
  • Support OTIF achieve as KPI setup.
  • Keep monitoring forecast accuracy of TH plant.
Purchasing:
  • Purchase all direct materials and indirect materials both local and oversea.
  • Negotiate for the competitive purchasing price.
  • Review and action the Purchase Order process on a daily basis in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure all Inventory and Assets are purchased in line with business and Group policies/ requirements in a timely manner.
  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure items are being delivered in a timely and efficient minor.
  • Communicate & liaise with key supplier contacts to ensure supply relationships are maintained and run effectively.
  • Ensure information in Oracle is kept up to date and current.
  • Working with suppliers to optimize cost savings for the company.
Warehouse:
  • Warehouse activities comply with Oracle system and keep monitor of any error and improve process as lean concept.
  • Monitoring value stock FG and raw material in line with finance budget.
  • Manage full utilization warehouse area and optimize keep stock at outsource warehouse.
  • Maintain periodical cycle count.
  • Ensure stock variant within finance control.
Management: Provide leadership and support to the Supply Planning Manager and Warehouse supervisor.Health & Safety:
  • Safety management in warehouse area must comply with safety rule.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered.
What are we looking for in you?
  • Tertiary qualification with supply chain management.
  • purchasing and supply chain role experiences in manufacturing is a must.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing would be desirable.
  • Packaging industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP/Oracle system would be desirable.
  • Using logical thinking and strong analytical skills to identify solutions to problems.
  • High details orientation and presentation skill.
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel and Power point).
  • Excellent English and communicate with head quarter.
