- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Define PR and branding goals, objectives, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive media coverage.
- Proactively identify opportunities for PR activities, including press releases, media interviews, and editorial placements.
- Manage crisis communication strategies and serve as the organization's spokesperson when necessary.
- Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance brand visibility, recognition, and reputation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling brand assets and collateral.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and website content.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Develop communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote transparency and dialogue.
- Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence in communication initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in a corporate communications, branding, PR, CSR or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PR and branding.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
