Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and distributors.Identify new business opportunities and generate sales to achieve assigned targets.Promote and present construction products and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their project requirements.Provide technical support, product knowledge, and recommendations to clients and project stakeholders.Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.Follow up on project pipelines, manage accounts, and ensure timely order processing and delivery.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events to expand the company's presence.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction products, building materials, or related industries.Strong technical knowledge in construction systems/products is an advantage.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
