- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 7-10 years' experience in HR & Administration, preferably in manufacturing.
- Excellent English communication
- Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, benefits, onboarding, and labor law compliance.
- Experienced in office operations, facilities, vendor management, travel, and documentation.
- Proficient in HR/admin systems and general computer applications.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and approve shift schedules annually.
- Handle provident fund (PF) enrollment and updates.
- Coordinate visas and work permits for expatriates, visitors, and customers.
- Process purchase requisitions and administrative payments.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave systems as the focal point for HR processes.
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and provide welcome kits for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and prepare required reports (e.g., Social Security).
- Manage employee benefits, health, and welfare programs.
- Oversee leased and rental vehicles.
- Track administrative costs and generate reports.
- Arrange shift break refreshments and customer visit catering.
- Organize travel, transport, meetings, and accommodations.
- Maintain company records, affidavits, and shareholder lists.
- Manage canteen and vendor operations.
- Coordinate office supplies and business cards for management.
- Send internal and global communications; maintain calendars.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed.
