- Personally greet and interact with guests, ensuring personalized service and creating memorable experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys, online reviews, and direct interactions to implement improvements.
- Oversee VIP guest handling, including personalized menu planning and special occasion arrangements.
- Anticipate guest preferences by analyzing repeat guest history and ensuring proactive service.
- Ensure seamless coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain flawless service flow.
- Establish a culture of hospitality where all staff deliver warm, intuitive, and anticipatory service.
- Implement table-side service enhancements such as sommeliers, live cooking stations, and interactive dining experiences.
- Ensure the restaurant ambiance, lighting, music, and overall atmosphere align with dining standards.
- Conduct monthly mystery guest audits and service training to continuously improve the guest experience following LQA guidelines.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
- Organize exclusive culinary events, wine tastings, and seasonal menu launches to elevate guest experiences with proper technical knowledge.
- Ensure that guests with dietary restrictions or allergies receive tailored and safe meal options.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to SOPs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and timely service.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure restaurant ambiance, décor, and table settings meet luxury standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff, hosts, and supervisors.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance evaluations, and skills development sessions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional service.
- Monitor restaurant revenue, food & beverage costs, and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize revenue.
- Control inventory, wastage, and operational expenses while maintaining quality.
- Work with the marketing team to promote restaurant offerings, events, and seasonal menus.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand positioning and guest engagement.
- Build relationships with guests, influencers, and corporate clients to drive business.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and service protocols.
- Adhere to hotel brand standards and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in large hotel dining or fine dining restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English language.
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining service standards.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting.
- Multilingual skills (preferred).
