A Sales Coordinator supports a sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and assisting with sales activities to achieve team goals. They are crucial for ensuring smooth sales operations and enabling revenue growth.
Sales Support: Assisting with order processing, preparing sales documents (invoices, quotations), and maintaining customer data.
Communication & Coordination: Facilitating communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
Administrative Tasks: Managing schedules, creating reports, and maintaining sales records and databases.
Able to issue Quotations & follow up to close sales from quotations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration or any field.
2-3 years of working experience as a sales coordinator or sales support.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) are essential for liaising with clients and the sales team.
Has strong organizational and time management skills that are needed to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Has problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve issues that arise during the sales process.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
