- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
- 5-10+ years of engineering or project management experience in food & beverage, FMCG manufacturing, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing capital projects, production line installations, or factory expansions.
- Familiarity with beverage processing technologies such as filling, packaging, utilities (boilers, chillers, air compressors), and automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial equipment, and plant utilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, P6, or similar).
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks preferred).
- Lead end-to-end execution of capital and engineering projects (concept, design, procurement, installation, commissioning).
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across beverage production facilities.
- Provide engineering expertise for equipment selection, layout design, system integration, automation, and utilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new initiatives.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with industry standards and food safety regulations.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure project outputs meet operational needs.
- Coordinate with Procurement, QA, EHS, and Maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with contractors, equipment suppliers, and engineering consultants.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure budget discipline.
- Oversee installation quality, testing, and performance validation.
- Drive continuous improvement in energy efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Ensure projects adhere to beverage industry standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO, local regulatory requirements).
- Implement risk assessments and safety protocols during construction and commissioning.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management.
- Maintain technical documentation, as-built drawings, and equipment manuals.
