Carry out duties in accordance with contract or as directed by Project Manager and Team Leaders.
Prepare indicative cost estimates, preliminary cost estimates, and detail cost estimates for each design phase (Cost Plan).
Participate in project meetings in connection with Value Engineering.
Prepare project Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with complete scope of works and unit rate pricing.
Prepare tender documents including Blank of Quantities (BOQ) and draft contracts condition and TOR for bidding to Contractor/Supplier.
Liaise and Co-ordinate with Designer and Contractor/Supplier regarding tender query and response during tendering process.
Liaise and assist with Client during tender bids opening, evaluation, analysis and clarification with Contractor/Subcontractor/Supplier.
Liaise and assist Client for Direct Purchase; tendering and procurement

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience related to cost estimate, cost management, payment certification.
