- Responsible for the development and implementation of sales plans for the business.
- Managing a team of clinical sales specialists and clinical specialists, develop and improve sales team performance through coaching, identifying training needs, and mentoring.
- Develop country plan to ensure business opportunity is realized.
- Develop customer value-based proposals to the wider business team.
- Identify and capture major opportunities for the country and ensure team has clarity around actions required to drive business growth.
- Monthly performance conversations with all direct reports
- Build good relationships with key stakeholders and key opinion leaders related to wound care.
- Other assigned by Division Sales Leader
- Bachelor's degree in related field of medical science or nursing or clinical medicine related disciplines, working in medical device business.
- 2 to 4 years in sales management experience in Advanced Wound Care or Orthopedic Trauma or Negative Pressure Wound Therapy is preferred.
- Proven record of sales management experience in motivating and developing a team of salespeople.
- Comprehensive understanding of the hospital markets in Thailand
- Familiarity in the operating room environment is a plus.
- Strong sales data analysis skill, strong interpersonal communication
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- The ability to mix attention to detail, while having the ability to create a vision for the 'big picture'.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
- Experience with interpreting and understanding financial information is beneficial.
- Good command of both written and speaking English.
- Self-motivated; willing to learn and to take responsibility, matured.
- Able to work under time pressure and work independently.
- Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office applications.
