- Lead project management & manage for:
🔹Project manager of transitioning to Line OA
🔹Preferred Microsite - managing content and design coordination for wealth clients
🔹Regional Wealth System (RWS) : system for screening mass customer and Preferred customers / Manage relationship manager (RM) for Preferred customers.
- Develop and maintain business requirement documents and workflows for both business and technical teams
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure system development aligns with business needs
- Analyze solution options, assess risks, and define business impacts
- Prepare test cases, scenarios, and conduct UAT with users
- Support QA UAT team with documentation reviews and design clarifications
- Ensure MVP quality through collaboration with QA UAT and vendors
- Report project progress and outcomes to senior management
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
- Solve complaint related to Preferred Reward program
