- 1. Social Media Strategy & Content
- • Develop monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, and YouTube.
- • Produce thumb-stopping visuals, short-form videos, and copy that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- • Manage day-to-day posting, community replies, and social listening.
- 2. Paid Social & Promotions
- • Build and optimize paid campaigns (objectives: reach, traffic, app installs, conversions).
- • A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
- • Brief influencers and KOLs, negotiate deliverables, and track performance.
- 3. Brand Consistency & Reporting
- • Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all online assets.
- • Generate weekly KPI dashboards (engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, ROAS) and actionable insights.
- 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- • Sync with offline marketing, product, and customer-service teams to align messaging and timing.
- • Coordinate flash promotions, limited-time offers, and new-product teasers online.
- • 3+ years managing social media for F&B, retail, or FMCG brands; Western fast-food experience is a big plus.
- • Proven success running paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
- • Native-level Thai plus fluent English for copywriting and stakeholder communication.
- • Strong grasp of social trends, platform algorithms, and social-commerce tools.
- • Data-driven mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Application Note: An English résumé is required.
