- Monitor and oversee mutual fund operational processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Supervise bank cash management and cash reconciliation, ensuring all daily cash movements are properly recorded and validated.
- Manage and control customer amendment transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
- Monitor and oversee monthly subscription/redemption account reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure fund allocation processes, policies, and procedures are consistently aligned with fund rules and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on mutual fund operational standards and support the team in resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate with the SEC on regulatory reporting and liaise with AIMC committees on all relevant operational activities.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance skills, performance, and operational knowledge.
- Perform any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by Management.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree Finance, Account or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience with mutual fund registrar/Fund account experience.
- Mutual Fund Single License (IP) issued by SEC.
- Strong knowledge of SEC rules and regulations.
- Deep understanding of financial service products and markets, pertinent to securities laws and regulations, asset management business processes and practices.
- Must have proven and strong abilities and skills in the areas of written and verbal communication, presentations, attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, decision making, consulting, influencing, and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboration within a team environment, effectively lead others, take initiative, resolve conflict, and adapt flexibly to prioritize multiple tasks. Proven capability to perform effectively in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency working with the Microsoft Office suite of applications preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in English.
