Tech Lead - Banking (Loan Origination or eKYC experienced) 180K

Lead a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of banking solutions related to loan origination, lending processes, eKYC, sales automation, and agency tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Architect and design robust and scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and comply with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance and maintainability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our banking operations.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert on banking operations, lending processes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership role.
Extensive experience in banking operations, particularly in loan origination, lending processes, eKYC, sales automation, and agency tools.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and experience with data modeling and optimization.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve complex technical challenges.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking industry is a plus.
