- Act as a strategic partner to the local leadership team to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational development, change management, and internal communications of business strategies and goals.
- Foster a trust-based, inclusive, and open work environment to support engagement and collaboration across all levels.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and action planning, to improve team morale and organizational culture.
- Champion employer branding efforts through LinkedIn, industry events, campus talks, and career fairs.
- Collaborate with Global Pharma Software HR and regional HR peers across Asia to ensure alignment and successful execution of global initiatives.
- Drive workforce planning and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives to identify and retain key talent.
- Support the performance management cycle, coaching managers on handling underperformance and promoting employee growth.
- Provide guidance on career development and promote internal mobility across the organization.
- Partner with the local Office Manager to ensure seamless GA/HR operations.
- Guide managers and employees on local HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Shape and implement employee relations strategies that promote a high-performance and respectful culture.
- Manage and resolve complex HR issues with fairness and discretion.
- Contribute to global HR programs with regional input and ensure their effective local rollout.
- Act as the key HR contact for operational support, including payroll administration and coordination with the finance team.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, and ensure timely onboarding.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing and statutory contributions.
- Support day-to-day HR inquiries and administrative tasks to maintain a smooth employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR best practices, and experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to coach leaders, manage complex people topics, and lead performance and talent management initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems and data-driven reporting.
- Strong initiative, high ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
