- Partnering with external entities to uncover potential opportunities that accelerate transformations in patient outcomes. Simultaneously, it facilitates the dissemination of internal expertise, scientific knowledge, and insights into the broader ecosystem.
- As the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the company, the role establishes trust and serves as a conduit for communication. Internally, it conveys the needs of patient and stakeholder communities, secures resources and drives solutions to expedite positive outcomes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders involved in the patient journey, the role actively removes obstacles and explores avenues to enhance value for patients and the community.
- In overseeing the entire patient journey, the role adopts a systemic approach, identifying common goals among stakeholders and co-creating solutions within the ecosystem. It has the authority to draw upon local and network resources, collaborating effectively with others as necessary.
- The role extends its responsibility to stewarding the lifecycle of company products, ensuring their appropriate use, and communicating their merits to healthcare professionals in a truthful and balanced manner.
- A key focus is on creating exceptional experiences for stakeholders engaging with the company, its employees, products, and services within the ecosystem.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- 5 years of experience in commercial roles with a strong background in haematology drugs.
- Good command of English.
