- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Support in project tracking, follow-ups, and ensuring actions are completed on time.
- Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, and official communications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support executive initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, townhalls, and events.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements via systems (e.g., Concur, SAP).
- Ensure smooth operations of the executive office and maintain a professional image.
- Serve as the main coordinator for all domestic and international visitors.
- Handle end-to-end visitor arrangements: agenda planning, meeting room booking, transportation, hotel reservations, meal planning, and onsite logistics.
- Coordinate with security, reception, and functional teams to ensure compliance with plant protocols (PPE, registration, safety orientation).
- Prepare welcome kits, visitor passes, and communication materials.
- Provide onsite hosting for key leaders, ensuring a smooth and positive visitor experience.
- Manage full-service travel arrangements for executives and employees
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or related role.
- Experience in multinational companies or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Thai & English).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
