- Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives for the board-spectrum drugs market in Thailand.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials to support product awareness and sales efforts.
- Conduct regular market research and gather feedback to assess customer satisfaction, market dynamics, and product performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the drugs division.
- Stay updated with industry trends, therapeutic changes, and competitor activities in the pharmaceutical market.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on respiratory drugs.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the respiratory drug market in Thailand, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
- Fluency in English and Thai languages.
