Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives for the board-spectrum drugs market in Thailand.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials to support product awareness and sales efforts.
Conduct regular market research and gather feedback to assess customer satisfaction, market dynamics, and product performance.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the drugs division.
Stay updated with industry trends, therapeutic changes, and competitor activities in the pharmaceutical market.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on respiratory drugs.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Strong knowledge of the respiratory drug market in Thailand, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
Fluency in English and Thai languages.
