Position: IT SAP SUPPORT (Chinese speaking)Responsibilities:MES System Management: Manage, maintain data, and troubleshoot issues within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).EWM System Management: Manage, maintain data, and troubleshoot issues within the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system.SAP System Troubleshooting: Provide problem resolution and support for various SAP system issues.EAM System Management: Manage, maintain data, and troubleshoot issues within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.System Architecture & Module Maintenance Project Management: Oversee the overall management of projects related to system architecture and module maintenance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Strong understanding of the underlying logic and data structure of MES systems and advanced proficiency in MES operations.Solid grasp of the logic and data maintenance of EWM systems and advanced proficiency in EWM operations.Familiarity with the processes of other SAP modules (e.g., PP, QTC, MDG, MM, K2, SRM, EDI) and proficient in using key SAP T-codes.Proficient in EAM system operations and knowledgeable in system data maintenance.
