HR & Training Coordinator

• Responsible for the full of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Actively involved in recruitment processes: preparing job descriptions, posting jobs ads, and managing hiring. Manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Assist in performance management processes and support disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records according; time attendant, etc.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including conducting orientation for new employees and exit interviews.
• Coordinate training and professional development programs for staff.
• Manage employee benefits administration.
• Facilitate public/in-house training.
• Encourage employee relations, arrangement engagement through activities.
• Coordinate on visa, work permit, and other.
• Other duties as assigned.
