Review GC/MS, LC/MS, ICP/MS, GC and IC data from analyses of environmental samples using chromatography data processing software;
Ensure proper peak identification, integration and calculation of concentration;
Ensure compliance with quality control (QC) requirements;
Issue report comments for unacceptable data;
Complete a data review checklist;
Upload data to the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS);
Communicate issues to manager or client; fix problems and resolve issues.
Qualifications
University degree in Chemistry or physical science field;
Minimum 2 years of work experience within laboratory about the environmental, materials testing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical or medical diagnostics fields;
Minimum 2 years of experience with analytical instrumentation (GC, GC/MS, LC/MS, IC, ICP-OES, ICP/MS;
Experience with analytical instrument chromatography data processing software;
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
Ability to read, write, and understand English; Moderate ability to speak English
Available Shifts
Monday-Friday 08:00- 17:00, 10:00-19:00 or 12:00-21:00
