- Conduct business development activities to acquire new clients (80% of core responsibilities)
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction (20% of responsibilities)
- Identify market opportunities and reach out to potential customers within the target industry
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet client requirements
- Handle sales documentation and reports for management review
- Collaborate closely with the management team and local staff to support company growth
- JLPT N3 level or equivalent Japanese proficiency (Capable of internal communication)
- Prior experience in sales is an advantage, but personality and high motivation are prioritized
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive for new business development
- Professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills to work in a startup environment
