To manage activities and oversee Site Construction, Repair & Maintenance of GAGA brands. This position often requires travel for site reviews, field surveys, meeting attendance, and construction supervision.Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and control equipment installation over mechanical & electrical equipment and facility system
- Equipment supplier management by acquiring. selecting, bidding, and evaluating
- Planning and delivery of construction projects, ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Organise logistics, delegate work and keep track of spending.
- Liaise with clients and construction professionals to arrange schedules and direct activities.
- Maintain and manage suppliers effectively.
- Check mechanical & electrical equipment, facilities system, and decoration to have the standard of operation
- Share the planning and designing of the new and old shop in the part of mechanical & electrical equipment and
- Plan and review monthly, quarterly and yearly repair & maintenance expense, renovation expense, and budget for new stores.
- Plan and control equipment installation mechanical & electrical for company special projects and carry out orders of the supervisor.
- Recheck, review and compare actual cost of R&M / PM equipment versus the PO from contractors.
- Coordinate scope of work between contractors and brand.
- Be the expert on all GAGA related facility and equipment to provide hands on troubleshooting and able to train and advise other technicians to repair team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Engineering or Construction Management
- Good communication skills and team player
- Loyal and high working ethics
- Able to travel abroad
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
