As a Reliability Engineer - Pressure Pumping, you'll be responsible for support of customer issue. You'll provide support on reliability documentation, both returns and filed, and including reliability technical support, field service or other service request. You'll develop an operational plan for large unit of own department activities and suggest improvements in products and processes.As a Reliability Engineer - Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for:Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues.Working with high level from the business, contracts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical and quality information.Leading and participating in investigation for HSE and service delivery quality issues until closure.Handling simple project processes, detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge, framework of conditions is set.Handling targeted clients, contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.Developing or implementing another quality process as per customer request or local requirements.Being flexible to provide support for critical operations in the field when needed.Being flexible to support other locations in APAC region when needed.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor background in Engineering or Technical related field.Have extensive relevant work experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Quality Management System (QMS) for Pressure Pumping or related Oil & Gas industry.Have good communication skills both verbal and written in English & Thai.Have good interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to work independently.Work in a way that works for you
