- Develop big ideas and campaign concepts for Original Albums, Exclusive Content, In-App Experiences, and etc.
- Translate campaign strategy into clear, persuasive, and performance-oriented messaging
- Design campaign narratives (Teaser → Launch → Sustain)
- Provide detailed briefing to Graphic Designers, Content Creators, and related teams
- Develop and execute key visual designs and communication materials for campaigns and marketing initiatives when needed
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the campaign concept and brand positioning
- Oversee end-to-end creative work from brief to final delivery
- Take ownership of campaign rollout to ensure smooth, on time, and impactful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in marketing or advertising
- Ability to develop campaign concept and campaign materials
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and action-driven campaign messaging
- Proficient in design using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software
- Experience in digital platform, app marketing, entertainment, or music industry
- Deep understanding of user behavior and growth mechanics
