Project Manager (Construction)

• Managing all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, tracking expenses and reporting on project progress to stakeholders.
• Managing project risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to minimize the impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
• Providing regular updates and communication to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Leading and mentoring project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on construction projects.
• Experience in retail business (Food retail/QSR/Non-food retail) is a must.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Well-organized, dynamic person and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel to upcountry as needed.
