- Responsible for data maintenance (create change/delete) in SAP
- Coordinate with users (business data owner) to complete requests and improve Data Quality score based on defined KPI
- Provide a status report on master activities to IT manager
- Support mass uploading of SAP master data for project and ad-hoc requests
- Provide the second-level support on the business workflow solution and coordinate with vendor to resolve issues and ensure business continuity.
- Deliver service ticket report and ageing report to IT team and also support Ad-hoc report.
- Monitor batch job, interface, and service of system according to system requirement/runbook.
- Execute system maintenance to ensure system in good condition.
- Provide regular training to users and update manual accordingly.
- Ensure IT in control and compliance.
- Male or Female, 23-30 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Sciences, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Application Support, IT Service & Support, or any related fields
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience in Workflow or Database.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, fast learner, initiator, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
