- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successful leadership in the automotive manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 10 years of senior management experience.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with demonstrated ability to drive profitability and growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and results.
