- Operational Department Immersion (Months 1-6) - A comprehensive hands-on execution of key hotel functions through rotational structure
- Close Insight (Months 6-12) - A deeper dive into two selected departments to build capability and technical ability
- Specialisation (Months 12-18) - Focused development in one department, preparing for leadership and permanent placement consideration. Specialisation is determined based on performance, development progress, and business requirements.

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or similar is highly preferred
- A genuine interest in hospitality and a strong guest-centric mindset
- Flexibility, resilience, and openness to learning across different environments
- Readiness to work in operational settings that may be physically demanding
- A sense of ownership over personal development and professional behaviour
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a strong advantage
