EHS Supervisor, EHS Management Supervisor

• Develop, implement, and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures and ensure HSE documents is aligned with company document control system.
• Coordinate with internal and external related parties to conduct HSE management system requirements and other requirements gap analysis then set action plan to compliance implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship and support employees on safety protocols, equipment usage, and hazard identification.
• Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with management to develop emergency response plans and ensure appropriate training and drills are conducted.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards (ISO14001,45001).
• Participate in regulatory inspections and ensure timely response and resolution of any findings.
• Consolidate the documents that related to HSE permit & license and reporting before submission to government agencies and internal reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health, safety, or environmental role, preferably in ISO management system implementation and document control system.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards (e.g. ISO Management and audit: ISO14001:2015, IS045001:2018
• Document Control Lead auditor certificate is advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Statistical Analysis for HSE program recognition or promotion.
• Good communication in English.
• Good coordination skills to conduct ISO system with external and internal audit (including government agencies).
• Experienced working with SAP system or database system.
