Job Responsibility
- Lead the development of the injection mold. - Establish quality control standards. - Prepare and compile PPAP and APQP documents. - Control the injection mold development schedule to meet customer deadlines. - Conduct production trials to ensure smooth mass production. - Develop parts to meet the specifications or requirements outlined in the drawings. - Develop parts to be suitable within the cost pricing data. - Provide support in evaluating results together with customers. - Provide support in evaluating and auditing with customers. - Organize meetings and deliver products for mass production.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field. - At least 3 years of working experience as a New Model Engineer, Mold Design Engineer in the Automotive manufacturing industry. - Able to design an injection mold by Auto CAD 3D *Must. - Strong experience of new model design. - Have experience about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TS 16949, PPAP, APQP. - Daily - middle conversational level of English *email and document. - Able to attend face to face interview. - Able to work in Chachoengsao. - CATIA, Solid work, UG, NX. - Portfolio of design, drawing will be preferable
