Business Development Manager SEA - Strategic Partnerships

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the viability of potential new business and channel opportunities based on geography and other parameters;
- Identify, outreach, engage and develop new (and existing) partner relationships in APAC based on the Cloudbeds strategy, including the negotiation of commercial agreements;
- Evaluate and prioritize all inbound partner requests in the region;
- Manage the relationship with regional and global Cloudbeds partners across distribution, marketplace, financial services and more;
- Manage monetization of partners through scalable programs;
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key business objectives, channel revenue deliverable and related product enhancement initiatives;
- Represent Cloudbeds as subject matter expert at industry events and forums.
- A Bachelor's degree required;
- 5+ years of experience required with at least 3-5 years in technology, and consulting, business development, account management, digital marketing and/or professional services experience;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in the travel industry ideal, especially previous experience with travel technology products;
- Payments experience ideal;
- Proven ability to develop long term relationships with both internal and external customers. A team player who can lead by influence;
- A public speaker with ease and conviction, willing to represent Cloudbeds in industry events;
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel regionally;
- Excellent English and Thai oral and written communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is ideal.
