- Ensure the availability of application, infrastructure and other tools necessary for the delivery of high quality IT service
- Work with security team to define security incident response process, Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC)
- Develop deplopyment pipeline (DevSecOps), Scourc code control
- Mange and control vendor for Cloud Infrastrucrure Manage Service
- Define and review the measurement of the services using metrics that include key performance indicators (KPIs) generating and distributing quality reports to measure the effectiveness and meet SLA
- Continuous improvement the incident/problem by technology and automation (SRE concept)
- Plan and Lead for DR, BCP Testing
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-focused approach
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or any related fields
- At least 10 years works experienced in IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Operaion
- 5 to 7 years’ experience working within the ITIL Frameworks and leading an ITSM tool and/or process team
- Experience with Cloud Infrastuture, Cloud Security, DevSecOps
- Experience with incident and problem management, change management, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
- Knowledgeable in System Admin, DBA, Network
- Practical experience of ITIL and ITIL certification
