HSE Lead (SPX Express)

• Guide, support and facilitate ownership, implementation and improvement of HSSE requirements including workplace safety, personal safety, asset integrity and management of health, security and environmental hazards.
• Register all incidents in company incident database, perform investigations, to understand the causes and influencing factors.
• Carry out and document routine HSSE inspections and facilitate for weekly, monthly management HSSE meetings locally and with regional team.
• Ensure that training and awareness programs are carried out as planned.

• Good command of English
• Diploma/Graduate with adequate *HSSE qualifications/accreditation
• Meeting the qualification requirements of “Safety Officer” as required by local law
• 5+ years of work experience in as HSSE professional
• Experience in delivering HSSE training, performing HSSE audits and incident investigation
• Able to work with limited supervision and deliver results within challenging deadlines and under pressure
