Our client is a leading global provider of advanced PCB (Printed Circuit Board) solutions, serving a diverse range of industries including automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, and more.Job Description

Develop and implement quality strategies and processes to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Thailand, addressing their quality concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to drive quality improvements and meet project deadlines.
Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the PCB industry, with a focus on customer quality engineering.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO, AS9100, Six Sigma).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving quality improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Fluency in Thai and English languages is required.
