- Develop and implement quality strategies and processes to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Thailand, addressing their quality concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to drive quality improvements and meet project deadlines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the PCB industry, with a focus on customer quality engineering.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO, AS9100, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving quality improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in Thai and English languages is required.
