- 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales Real estate experience is an advantage
- Customer service experience is also welcome
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Marketing.)
- Japanese: Business conversation level Must be able to translate and interpret contract documents (equivalent to JLPT N3 or above)
- Experience studying or working in Japan is highly preferred
- Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of Japanese geography and real estate concepts
- Respond to inquiries from Thai clients through online channels.
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable Japanese properties.
- Prepare customized proposals for each client.
- Conduct customer meetings in Thailand.
- Join business trips to Japan for property viewing tours (approximately once every three months).
- Coordinate closely with overseas sales partners.
- Translate and interpret Japanese contracts and related documents.
- Act as a liaison between Thai clients and Japanese real estate partners.
- Provide ongoing follow-up and updates after transactions.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
