The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, launching, and managing the success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure our products meet market and customer needs.Join us and shape the next chapter of learning in Thailand.What You'll Drive1. Cloud Platforms & Infrastructure Automation

Operate and support public cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
Use Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to automate deployment and configuration management.
Participate in hybrid-cloud architecture and cloud migration initiatives.

2. Monitoring, Incident Response & Root Cause Analysis

Configure and manage IT monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus).
Analyze system incidents, troubleshoot root causes, and drive preventive actions using ITIL or DevOps principles.

3. IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration

Manage and maintain critical IT systems including physical/virtual servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, KVM), and enterprise storage solutions (NAS/SAN).
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure in alignment with SLAs.

4. Network & Cybersecurity Operations

Maintain enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and wireless access points (LAN/WAN/WiFi).
Administer security systems (SIEM/SOC, IDS/IPS, NAC), implement policies for Zero Trust and access control (AD, LDAP, RBAC).
Conduct security assessments, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.

5. Project Execution & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure upgrades, new deployments, and enterprise IT projects.
Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to improve IT operations, performance, and security posture.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, IT or any related fields.
Male, Age 25-30 years.
Have experience related to computer system admin, IT, System engineer (System Engineer, System Administrator, IT Support) at least 1-3 years.
Proficient knowledge to fix the problem in which are IT Infrastructure (Server, Storage, OS, Middleware, Networking).
Able to travel at least 1-2 times per month.
