Reports to: Project Engineering ManagerMake a difference as a Senior Mechanical Engineer
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the execution of major CAPEX projects—especially the SPRINT project—by leading the mechanical engineering scope from design through commissioning. You’ll ensure equipment installation meets performance, safety, and quality standards, while also supporting the startup of new production lines and developing maintenance readiness.What you will do:Lead mechanical engineering scope of major projects from equipment design and selection through commissioningProvide technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems during startupEnsure installations meet design, safety, and regulatory standards, lead equipment inspectionsDevelop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans and reliability standardsCollaborate with RTO (Ready to Operate) team and cross-functional partners to deliver project milestonesTrain maintenance teams and prepare technical documentation, manuals, and reportsStay current on mechanical engineering trends and integrate best practicesWhat you will bring:Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experienced in project engineering or maintenance leadershipProven experience leading mechanical scopes in large-scale CAPEX projects and commissioningStrong background in developing preventive maintenance strategiesFamiliarity with food manufacturing standards (GMP, HACCP) is a plusFluent in English and Thai, both written and spokenWho you are:Strong problem-solver with deep technical and analytical skillsEffective communicator with the ability to train, coach, and influence across teamsDetail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to new technologiesTeam player who collaborates effectively with engineers, technicians, and contractorsInnovation-driven with a passion for continuous improvementWhy Join Ingredion?
