About LINE PayLINE Pay is an integrated online and offline payment platform under LINE MAN Wongnai and LINE Thailand, following the acquisition in August 2023. LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.What you'll Do:
  • Develop and implement a robust risk management strategy aligned with the company's objectives and regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks associated with payment operations. Monitor key risk indicators and implement proactive measures to mitigate identified risks
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure compliance with the Thai financial sector's relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Liaise with regulatory authorities as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Legal, and IT to integrate risk management practices into business processes and decision-making
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on risk management best practices, compliance requirements, and internal control procedures
  • Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively respond to and mitigate the impact of security breaches, operational disruptions, or other critical incidents
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and the board of directors on risk exposure, control effectiveness, compliance status, and emerging risk trends
What you'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM, CIA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or compliance within the financial services industry, with specific experience in the payment and/or insurance sector preferred
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in the Thai financial sector
  • Strong understanding of risk management processes risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation. Facilitation of risk assessment workshops
  • Experience in developing risk management governance structures and ensuring compliance across organizations' diverse environment
  • Experience in engaging and managing a variety of stakeholders with an ability to consult and develop remediation options, risk mitigation solutions
  • Understanding of reporting requirements
  • Practical experience and understanding of technology and business processes in providing related risk assurance and advisory considerations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication both Thai and English and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
