- Conduct project planning, cost estimation, and budget control.
- Source and manage subcontractors and project teams.
- Supervise, control, and inspect work progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure project quality meets company standards and client expectations.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, or relevant discipline).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in department stores and retail shop projects will be highly considered.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and team management skills.
