- Select raw materials in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate and negotiate with importers, manufacturers, processors, and dessert-related suppliers.
- Develop desserts that complement sushi menus, calculate product costs, and propose new products and concepts internally.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's in any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in product development as 'Pastry Chef/Patissier'.
- Prefer candidates with direct experience as a Pastry Chef in a hotel or bakery/pastry shop.
- Prefer candidates who familiar with dessert-related importers, manufacturers, processors, and suppliers in Thailand.
- Intermediate Level of English.
- Required basic proficiency in *Microsoft Excel (Not beginner level), *able to input numerical data and create simple tables or lists.
- Required *portfolio of the product/menu have previously created or developed.
