We handle everything from multi-currency transactions and supplier relationships to revenue optimization and risk management in an industry that never sleeps.Join us in crafting this exciting journey, where your contribution will be key to our success!Maintains the accuracy of a company's financial records in fixed asset control, revenue accounting, intercompany accounting, tax filling, period end close and account reconciliation to ensure compliance with both international and Thai accounting and tax regulations.Key responsibilities

Fixed Asset : manage and control the fixed asset registration and reconciliation to GL, depreciation schedules and asset verification processes e.g physical count, writeoff and disposals if require
Inter-company : issuing invoice and record affiliate account receivable and account payable and performing intercompany reconciliation
Revenue : sale and cost reconciliation and record an adjustment entry
Tax Compliance : Reconciliation of Output VAT and prepare tax filling form PP30
Period end close: perform necessary accrual and adjustment journal entries to ensure transactions are correctly recorded with completeness supporting documents
Account Reconciliations: Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations, analysis, investigate any discrepancies and provide resolution with action plan to ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed within timeline with proper support and documentation
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Audit Support: coordinate with external auditors on necessary documentation and inquiries.
Process improvement : assist to drive process improvements in accounting operation as assigned

Requirements:Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting operation with a focus on general ledger functions and audit experience.
Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP or IFRS, and local tax regulations.
Good command of both oral and written English for reporting/emailing
Excellent communication skills with both result and team oriented mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving with high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
