- Evaluates, creates and improves manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials- Develop, implement, maintain, and improve current manufacturing processes, including equipment, documentation, training, gages and tooling/fixtures, to optimize quality, productivity and cost performance- Interface regularly with the manager and manufacturing engineers to assure clear and concise communication in a leadership role- Identify and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing process problems through testing, evaluation, and analysis- Lead the design for manufacturability process, prepares process FMEAs, root cause analyses, plans facility, equipment, and resource changes and initial product builds.- Plan, specify, select, validate and implement new equipment, processes and facilities in manufacturing- Perform planning, development, facilitation of design and installation of high volume Manufacturing equipment, systems and processes- Engage with the appropriate personnel in the identification and resolution of Corrective/Preventative actions to address Safety, Quality, Technical, and Manufacturing issues- Control pilot projects (document issues, materials)Qualification- Thai nationality , Male , age 35 years old and up - Bachelor degree in Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical, Production Industrial and related field.- At least 10 years experience as automotive part manufacturing , Assembly work.- Leadership, achievement, Good relation, Communication, and Presentation Skill Positive Thinking.- Good of spoken and written in English (TOEIC SCORE = 500 UP)- IATF16949 / ISO9001 , ISO14001 and any relate field.- Training APQP , FMEA , MSA , SPC, PPAP- Excellent skill on Excel data analysis skill (Pivot, Vlookup) and power point- Able to drive with driving license.- Able to operate routine work and like improving production processes.Workplace Area: Samut PrakanWorking Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri)interested candidate please send CV to sarawan.w@360qm.co.th for more info please call/line 065-232-4155
