- Campaign Leadership: Plan and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for focus cities.
- Market Growth: Build scalable, insight-driven campaigns to capture local market share.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Business Ops and Growth teams to solve challenges and drive scale.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Business Ops and Growth teams to solve challenges and drive scale, including external partner management and local partnership
- Commercial Oversight: Manage partner contracts and ensure strict adherence to marketing budgets.
- Data Accountability: Perform data-driven post-mortems to justify targets and ROI.
- Budget Efficiency: Plan, track, and optimize all spend for maximum efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with exposure to online and offline media, branding, and strategic planning
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, economics or other advertising.
- Excellent in project management skill and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skill to work with both internal team and external parties (i.e. media agency, digital agency, activation agencies)
