  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets within the assigned territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and market assessments to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 8+ years in FMCG sales management, preferably with distributor management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
