In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Chemical Plant Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the entire Maintenance Engineering process.Key Responsibilities:· Spearhead the installation and maintenance of equipment to ensure seamless operations.· Strategically modify and upgrade equipment to meet evolving operational demands.· Pioneering solutions that drive an increase in equipment uptime.· Analyze equipment performance metrics and drive initiatives to bolster reliability.· Offer robust technical support to tackle on-ground challenges.· Craft and implement preventative maintenance schedules to mitigate unplanned downtimes.· Meticulously maintain comprehensive equipment records, ensuring data accuracy.MUST HAVE:· A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, majoring in sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.WE VALUE:
