We are looking for individuals with expertise and experience who are ready to take on new challenges and assist us achieve excellence in schedule, safety, and quality.The Electrical Engineer will support the Commissioning team by developing, organizing, and executing all electrical aspects of Commissioning System Definition, including system boundaries, tag allocation, documentation preparation, and readiness for Mechanical Completion (MC) and Commissioning.This role ensures safe, efficient, and systematic handover of electrical systems from Construction to Commissioning to Operations.#LI-OnsiteResponsibilities:What makes you remarkable?
Develop and Maintain the Process Control Test work plans for refinery units and utilities including the 3 month and 1 month look ahead schedule and the weekly work plans
Supervise contractors to prepare DFT & WFT test package deliverables including boundary drawings, checklists, DFT/WFT procedures, and associated reference documents
Coordinate Process Control test planning with Construction teams - Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Analyzer, and with Client Engineering & Operations teams
Interface with key vendors for pre-commissioning and commissioning of the refinery package systems
Support walkdowns, punch-listing, and troubleshooting during commissioning and startup, along with close out of FAT/SAT punch-lists for DCS/SIS
Participate in Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) for commissioning priorities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Engineering, or related field
10+ years in C&I engineering for refinery or petrochemical projects
Experience with commissioning and completion management systems
Familiarity with DCS/ESD/F&G/PLC systems used in refineries
Knowledge of refinery process control and shutdown systems
Proficient in loop checks, logic testing, and field instrumentation
Understanding of API, ISA, IEC, ATEX/IECEx standards
Experience in work planning for E&I contract teams
Functional Safety (TÜV/Exida)
Vendor-specific training for DCS/ESD/F&G/PLC systems
