Join a rapidly growing community of users who choose Tothemoon for their digital transactions.About the Role: We’re looking for a KOL / Affiliate Manager to grow our affiliate and partner network across Southeast Asian markets through active outreach and relationship building.This role is fully focused on searching, contacting, onboarding, and scaling new affiliates and KOLs.What you’ll be doing

Actively search, identify, and recruit affiliates and KOLs across SEA markets
Build and scale a local and regional affiliate network from scratch
Conduct daily outreach via Instagram, Telegram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, email, forums, and communities
Communicate partnership terms and onboard new affiliates
Support affiliates during activation and campaign launches
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
Coordinate promotions, launches, and campaigns with affiliates
Ensure partners follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, Design, and Compliance teams

What we’re looking for

Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, KOL/influencer marketing, or business development
Strong experience in manual search and outbound outreach
Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken)
Other languages as a plus

Bahasa Indonesian
Mandarin
Bahasa Malaysia
Vietnamese
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience or strong interest in crypto, trading, fintech
Independent, proactive, and comfortable working remotely

Nice to have

Existing network of SEA affiliates or KOLs
Experience working with CPA / revenue share / hybrid affiliate models
Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
