Sales Manager (Offline Channels)Job PurposeResponsible for the "0 to 1" setup and expansion of offline channels in the Thailand market, specifically focusing on Key Accounts (KA), Traditional Trade (T/T), and Distributor networks to build a comprehensive sales ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Development: Lead the end-to-end setup of offline channels; develop and manage Key Accounts (KA), Traditional Trade (T/T), and Distributors.Team Leadership: Build and lead a local Thai sales team. Establish KPIs, performance appraisal mechanisms, and training systems to create a high-performance sales force.Strategic Execution: Formulate and execute sales strategies and annual plans aligned with corporate goals to ensure target achievement.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and distributors to increase market share and customer satisfaction.Market Intelligence: Monitor FMCG and Personal Care industry trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to provide actionable marketing and product insights.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing or Business Administration preferred).Experience: * 5+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 10 years in sales management.Must have a background in a Fortune 500 FMCG MNC (Thailand Branch) or a Top-tier local Thai FMCG company (Water, Beverage, Food, or Personal Care).Deep expertise in KA, T/T, and Distributor operations with an existing resource network.Leadership: Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people. Must possess the ability to rapidly build a team from scratch.Language: Fluent spoken English (Mandatory).Preferred: Prior experience working within Japanese or Taiwanese enterprises.
